Door Material

Composite Doors are made up of different materials. The term 'Composite Door' is used to cover a wide range of products with different materials (Aluminum, uPVC, Fiberglass ) used to make it strong, solid, attractive and long lasting it is very durable and maintenance free. Due to best of materials used to make them they are made up of Aluminum , Upvc and fiberglass, as these materials are strong and long lasting so it makes the structure of the door durable. The visible face of the door from both sides is normally a few millimeters thick and is coated with attractive colors to make it brighter and look attractive.

Macinery Tools

There are two types of machine drill, the Bench Drill and the Pillar Drill. The bench drill is used for drilling holes through materials including a range of woods, plastics and metals. It is normally bolted to a bench so that it cannot be pushed over and that larger pieces of material can be drilled safely. The larger version of the machine drill is called the pillar drill. This has a long column which stands on the floor. This can do exactly the same work as the bench drill but because of its larger size it is capable of being used to drill larger pieces of materials and produce larger holes.

Grander Wheel

A grinding wheel is an expendable wheel that is composed of an abrasive compound used for various grinding (abrasive cutting) and machining operations. They are used in grinding machines.

The wheels are generally made from a matrix of coarse particles pressed and bonded together to form a solid, circular shape, various profiles and cross sections are available depending on the intended usage for the wheel. They may also be made from a solid steel or aluminum disc with particles bonded to the surface.

The manufacture of these wheels is a precise and tightly controlled process, due not only to the inherent safety risks of a spinning disc, but also the composition and uniformity required to prevent that disc from exploding due to the high stresses produced on rotation.
